1) What are we going to see ?
Our itineraries are adapted to weather conditions to ensure safe and pleasant sailing. Depending on the weather, we can explore the heart of the Parc National des Calanques, between spectacular cliffs and crystal-clear waters. We will also have the opportunity to discover the majestic calanques of the Blue Coast Marine Park, with their unspoilt landscapes and unique biodiversity. Finally, we'll sail around thearchipel du Frioul, where wild coves and remarkable fauna will amaze nature lovers.
During our cruise, we'll also discover an exceptional marine and historical heritage. Leaving from and entering the Old Port, you'll marvel at the sight of the fortresses (Fort Saint-Nicolas and Fort Saint-Jean), the Mucem museum and the Palais du Pharo. You'll be able to admire emblematic national monuments such as the Château d'If, the Caroline Hospital and enjoy the breathtaking view of Marseille from the sea, dominated by the majestic basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde, the “Good Mother”. 2) What happens in the event of bad weather ?
The team is made up of qualified professionals who will inform you about the weather conditions. As safety is our top priority, we take no risks.
In the event of bad weather, the decision to cancel or maintain the trip rests with the owner. The route may be adjusted according to weather conditions.
In the event of cancellation, the customer may choose between a postponement or a refund.
3) I'm late, what can I do ?
We would like to remind you that, as a transport company, we make a point of respecting precise schedules to ensure a pleasant experience for all our passengers. That's why we leave on time.
If you are running late, we would be grateful if you could :
1. Call us as soon as possible.
2. Indicate your estimated time of arrival.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we would like to make it clear that in the event of delays exceeding 10 minutes, Unfortunately, we will have to leave without you. In this case, no refunds or postponements will be possible.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any transport-related problems (traffic jams, subway/train delays, etc.).
We are counting on your punctuality to ensure that your trip runs smoothly.
4) How are meals organized ?
In privatization, you have the freedom to choose your caterer and the menu for your meal.
For ticketing, we work with our preferred partner, “La Casa Consolat”, a Marseille-based caterer with a strong environmental ethic. We exclusively use organic and homemade products, prepared daily using fresh produce from local markets.
All our meals are served buffet-style (Foccacia, salads and dessert). We ask you to be sensible with quantities to avoid wastage. In addition, menus will be entirely vegetarian, to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
Drinks are included. We will provide rosé de Provence and soft drinks to accompany your meal.
5) Where is the landing stage ?
Boarding takes place on the Quai d'Honneur in front of Marseille City Hall (right bank). Gate PH2.
