Cancellation policy
From the owner :
In the event of bad weather, the decision to cancel or maintain the trip rests with the owner. The route may be adjusted according to weather conditions.
If for reasons of bad weather conditions, or force majeure, the outing cannot take place, you will be fully reimbursed for the sums advanced, and no expenses will be retained.
From the customer :
If for personal reasons you choose to cancel your tour 1 month before the date of the tour, your deposit will be returned to you and no charges will be deducted.
Should you have to cancel your tour between 1 month and 15 days before the date of the tour, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you have to cancel your excursion less than 15 days before the date of the excursion, the full price of the service will be due.
