Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the owner
In the event of bad weather, the decision to cancel or maintain the trip rests with the owner. The route may be adjusted according to weather conditions.
If, due to bad weather conditions or force majeure, the trip cannot take place, you will be fully reimbursed for the sums advanced: no fees will be retained.
Cancellation by the customer
If you cancel your excursion more than one month before the scheduled date, your deposit will be returned and no fees will be charged.
If you cancel between 1 month and 15 days before the date of the excursion, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel less than 15 days before the date of the excursion, the full price of the service will be due.

How many passengers can the sailboat accommodate?
Up to 25 passengers, with comfortable spaces suited to both work and relaxation.
Where does the boat depart from and where can we board?
Au Vieux-Port de Marseille, Porte PH2, sur le quai face à l’hôtel de ville. Merci d’attendre devant la porte PH2 : un membre de l’équipage viendra vous chercher. Retrouvez toutes les informations pratiques sur notre page contact. Pour un événement sur-mesure, un départ depuis un autre port de la région est possible sur étude.
What are the privatization time slots?
Full day from 10 am to 5 pm, half day from 1 pm to 5 pm, evening from 7 pm to 11 pm. The program (itinerary, stopovers, pace of the day) is fully customizable.
Is catering included in the price?
No, catering packages are extra: breakfast, lunch, aperitif, cocktail dinner or dinner, prepared by one of our partner caterers.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
Nous surveillons les conditions météorologiques tous les jours et vous contactons quelques jours avant la sortie si elles s’annoncent défavorables. Quand c’est possible, nous adaptons simplement l’horaire ou le parcours. En cas d’annulation pour raisons climatiques ou cas de force majeure, vous êtes intégralement remboursé, sans aucun frais retenu.
What options can be added?
Location de paddle, photographe, vidéaste et droniste, suivi d’une régate depuis le pont, et toute autre envie que vous nous soumettez, dans la limite des possibilités. Le matériel de baignade (masques, palmes) est déjà inclus.
